Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria, October 2025 — Rano Air Limited has announced the appointment of Ogunsetire Mojisola Mary as its new Head of Human Resources and Administrative. In this role, she will lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with the airline’s organizational goals. She will also oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor regulations.
Mojisola Mary has been with Rano Air Limited for more than three years. Most recently, she served as Deputy Human Resources and Administration Manager/Training Instructor, where she designed and delivered training programs for over 450 employees, managed recruitment processes, and oversaw payroll compliance. Her contributions significantly enhanced employee capabilities and organizational efficiency.
Alongside this, she has been actively engaged as a Student Ambassador at UNkyed, where she conducted global mentoring programs, organized seminars, and provided insights on student development trends. She also worked as an International Recruiter with GI, sourcing talent across IT, Finance, HR, and customer service sectors while improving onboarding processes.
Before joining Rano Air, she served as Assistant Human Resource Manager at AA Rano Nig Ltd, gaining expertise in administration, labor relations, and onboarding. Earlier, she was a Business Development Consultant with Kaura Biscuits and Macaroni, achieving significant profit growth through strategic initiatives. Prior to that, she worked as Human Resource Manager at Marshall Group, where she managed compensation for over 1,000 employees and drove talent management and performance appraisal programs.
Mojisola Mary began her career as a Research Assistant at Ekiti State University, where she contributed to academic research and program enhancement.
