London, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Verity Relationship Intelligence (VerityRI) has announced the appointment of Olivia Beer as Head of People and Culture. In her new role, Olivia will drive people strategy, culture transformation, and HR innovation, supporting VerityRI’s mission of helping organizations harness relationship intelligence to accelerate growth.
Olivia Beer joins VerityRI after an impactful seven-year tenure at Medicom Healthcare, where she most recently served as Head of International Trade and Commercial Affairs, while also leading as Head of HR. During this time, she spearheaded HR transformation, workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management, significantly shaping organizational culture.
Before that, she was Human Resources Manager at Arkavis Siam Co., Ltd. in Bangkok, where she drove HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development. She also held the role of HR Account Manager at Transguard Group in Dubai, focusing on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and people strategy across diverse industries.
Earlier, Olivia built a strong foundation in talent management and recruitment through roles at Hays, where she worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant across Dubai and Southampton, and at Square One Resources as an SAP Recruitment Consultant. She began her career as an Account Manager at Kids, where she developed expertise in client relations and business development.
