Denver, Colorado, United States, February 2026 —Olivier Kohler has stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer at Questco Companies, marking a significant leadership transition as the organization continues its strong growth trajectory. He succeeds into the CEO position after serving as Executive Chairman, where he worked closely with the Board of Directors and leadership team to shape the company’s long-term strategic direction and governance framework.
Prior to assuming the CEO role, Olivier served as Executive Chairman at Questco Companies, reporting to the Board of Directors and overseeing strategic alignment, governance effectiveness, multi-year growth objectives, and stakeholder engagement. In parallel, he continues to serve as Board Advisor at RKTech Corp. and Certree, providing strategic guidance in digital strategy and business transformation.
Earlier, Olivier was EVP & Chief Operating Officer at TriNet, where he led customer experience, product management, engineering, IT, security, and enterprise transformation. During his tenure, he drove record customer retention, strengthened SaaS capabilities through acquisitions, improved EBITDA performance year-on-year, and helped elevate the company’s share price through focused operational execution and Go-to-Market evolution.
Before TriNet, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Bridgewater Associates, leading enterprise-wide transformation and digitization initiatives. His earlier leadership career includes senior executive roles at Cisco, where he led Global Business Services and enterprise transformation strategy, and at HP, where he held multiple senior leadership roles including Global Head & GM Enterprise Strategic Alliances and SVP Sales Operations.
With more than four decades of global leadership experience spanning technology, operations, transformation, and large-scale P&L management, Olivier’s appointment positions Questco Companies for its next phase of accelerated growth and operational excellence.
