Oonagh joined Vestey Holdings in June 2023 as Group People Director, where she supported senior leaders in driving people growth and personal development initiatives. Her leadership laid the groundwork for innovative HR strategies that align with the organization’s long-term vision.
Previously, Oonagh founded Blossom & Bloom Consultancy Limited, a firm dedicated to innovative HR and development solutions. Over 12 years, she has supported organizations in creating progressive people strategies, fostering resilience, and inspiring growth in a dynamic global environment.
Oonagh also served as Chief People Officer at Portland, where she implemented transformative HR practices, and held senior HR leadership roles at ASOS.com, including Acting Chief People Officer & People Director, contributing to the brand’s global success through talent optimization and inclusive strategies.
Earlier in her career, she was Global HR Director at Idis, where she led international HR functions, and held HR leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Ask Jeeves, First Choice Holidays, and Arcadia Group Plc, gaining extensive expertise in strategic HR, employment relations, and leadership development.
