Dublin, Ireland, December 2024 – Fenero | Contracting & Personal Tax Solutions has announced the appointment of Orla Bourke as Chief People Officer. In this role, Orla will lead Fenero’s people strategy, focusing on workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and fostering a culture of innovation and engagement. Her responsibilities will also include advancing internal communications, onboarding, and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s strategic vision.
Orla brings nearly three decades of HR leadership to this role, including her extensive expertise in project management, organizational design, and training. Recognized as a leader in driving change and building strong workplace cultures, Orla’s appointment underscores Fenero’s commitment to enhancing the employee experience and supporting its expanding client base.
Before joining Fenero, Orla served as Head of Human Resources at Tata Consultancy Services, where she implemented strategic HR initiatives, including employer branding and culture change, for over two years. Prior to that, she was HR Director at Pramerica (now PGIM) for approximately two years, where she oversaw workforce planning, hybrid working strategies, and organizational design.
Orla also held the position of Head of Human Resources at Intersport Elverys, contributing to employee engagement and strategic vision for over two years. Earlier in her career, she spent over nine years at Medtronic, where she held multiple HR leadership roles, driving process redesign, training initiatives, and diversity programs.
She began her career at Brothers of Charity Services, where she spent nearly six years as an HR Officer, focusing on supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. Her early roles also include time at APC by Schneider Electric, Atlas Personnel Group, and Conduit, where she honed her skills in recruitment, training, and workforce management.
