Enrique Miñarro Viseras to serve as Chief Operating Officer; Claire Miller as Chief Growth Officer
FARMINGTON, CONNECTICUT, UNITED STATES, January, 2026 — Otis Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: OTIS) announces the appointment of Enrique Miñarro Viseras to Chief Operating Officer and Claire Miller as Chief Growth Officer, reporting directly to Otis Chair, CEO & President, Judy Marks, effective immediately. Both leadership positions are designed to further strengthen Otis’ global operations and drive accelerated growth. Otis is the world’s leading company for elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation and service.

In his new role, Miñarro Viseras will oversee all of Otis’ regional operations across Otis Americas, APAC, EMEA, and Greater China, as well as field excellence, engineering, product management, supply chain, manufacturing, and spare parts. Previously serving as President, Otis Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), he has extensive leadership experience and a proven record of driving growth and delivering results for customers worldwide.
“Enrique brings a deep understanding of our business and the operational rigor and customer-first mindset that is critical to execute with speed and clarity at global scale,” said Marks. “As COO, he will drive enterprise-wide ownership, alignment and consistent performance across our geographic regions and the functional teams that support and execute our product lifecycle decisions – to ensure we deliver for customers today while building a strong foundation for tomorrow.”
Thibault Lefébure will assume the role of President, EMEA, succeeding Miñarro Viseras. Lefébure most recently led Otis’ Western Europe business inclusive of management and operations across Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France. His career also includes management assignments in Japan and China as well as disciplinary expertise and leadership roles in EMEA in the fields of Sales & Marketing, Service Operations and Business Transformation.
Otis also welcomes Claire Miller as Chief Growth Officer. Miller joins Otis from First Student Incorporated, where she most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer. With experience in consumer-packaged goods and B2B growth, Miller will lead Otis’s global growth strategy and commercial excellence, focusing on accelerating innovation and strengthening the company’s competitive position, with an expanded focus on our Service business.
“Claire’s proven ability to drive growth across complex, distributed organizations, combined with her insight and hands-on experience, will help us focus on our greatest opportunities and expand key areas like repair, modernization, and maintenance,” Marks continued. “As Chief Growth Officer, Claire will lead our global growth strategy and elevate commercial excellence, strengthening our competitive position and delivering even greater value for our current and new customers.”
After a successful career spanning more than four decades, Stéphane de Montlivault will retire from Otis in late February. “Stephane has been instrumental in driving growth and transformation across the Otis APAC region and leaves a strong legacy rooted in customer-centricity and a culture where care for colleagues is central to success,” Marks added. “We are grateful for his years of leadership and distinguished service with Otis and wish him well.”
Nicolas ‘Nico’ Lopez will succeed de Montlivault as President of APAC, effective March 1. Lopez brings experience managing diverse markets and driving operational excellence. He has held leadership positions in the Americas and APAC before assuming his current role as leader of Otis’ Southeast Asia Operating Unit, where he has demonstrated strong leadership and a deep understanding of the region’s unique opportunities and challenges. His collaborative approach and results-driven mindset position him to build on the foundation established by Stéphane and guide Otis APAC through its next phase of growth and transformation.
