Baatarkhuu continued to advance as Training Development Manager and later as Labor Relations Manager, where she ensured legal compliance and strategic HR alignment with business goals. Her role as Head of Human Resources prior to her latest promotion involved optimizing staffing processes, talent management, and enhancing the company’s human resources policies to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory landscapes.
In addition to her HR-specific roles, Baatarkhuu has demonstrated robust leadership as a Project Team Lead, further honing her skills in project management and strategic planning across the company’s diverse ventures.
