Sri Lanka, June 2024 – Pabasari Galagoda Wijesinha joined Noyon as Head of HR & Sustainable Business. With a wealth of experience in HR management, sustainability, and strategic planning, Pabasari is set to drive HR and sustainability initiatives for the company.
Pabasari joins Noyon after serving as the Head of Human Resources, Administration, Health & Safety, Compliance, Sustainability, Branding & Communications at MAS Active from September 2022 to June 2024. During her tenure, she led talent management, HR business partnering, and branding and communication for the division, showcasing her expertise in these areas.
Prior to her role at MAS Active, Pabasari was a Manager – Human Resources at MAS Holdings from January 2022 to August 2022. She contributed significantly to the organization design and HR strategy, implementing impactful changes to improve the company’s HR processes.
Pabasari’s earlier roles at MAS Holdings include Assistant Manager – Organization Design from July 2018 to March 2021, where she managed job analysis, job evaluation, and organizational restructuring projects. She also served as an Assistant Manager – Group Human Resources from April 2016 to June 2018, assisting in HR strategy creation and managing MAS-wide events.
From April 2015 to March 2016, Pabasari was an Assistant Manager – Group Learning & Development at MAS Holdings, where she facilitated the introduction of a new Group Learning and Development process across the organization. Her efforts in this role included developing training materials and conducting training sessions for HR managers and employees.
Pabasari also gained experience as a Senior Executive – Group Training & Development from February 2013 to March 2015, where she launched the Competency Assessment and Individual Development Plan creation process, and as a Senior Business Analyst at MTI Consulting from April 2012 to November 2012, providing business research and consulting solutions.
Earlier in her career, Pabasari held roles such as a Consultant at GlaxoSmithKline from December 2011 to February 2012, a Management Accountant at Seeds Intimate Apparel India Pvt Ltd from March 2011 to October 2011, and a Corporate Planning Executive at Brandix from December 2009 to February 2011.
