Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2026 – Parag Sharma has started a new position as Chief Executive Officer at Resolven. In this role, he will lead the strategic direction and execution of Resolven’s integrated renewable energy platform, focused on developing, building, owning, and operating solar, wind, hybrid, and battery energy storage assets across India.
Prior to joining Resolven, Parag briefly served as Chief Executive Officer at Zelestra-India. Earlier, he was the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of O2 Power for nearly six years, where he built a scalable renewable energy business platform, driving large-scale project development and execution across India.
Before O2 Power, Parag spent nearly eight years as Chief Operating Officer at ReNew Power, where he played a pivotal role in scaling wind and renewable energy operations, contributing to the company’s ambitious growth plans backed by global investors. His earlier career includes leadership roles at KPMG in the Strategic and Commercial Practice specializing in infrastructure, heading the power sector at ICRA Limited and energy practices at ICRA Management Consulting Services Limited, as well as roles at CRISIL and PwC Consulting.
Parag holds a degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and brings over three decades of experience across renewable energy, infrastructure strategy, and commercial execution.
