Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2025 — Parijat Dey has been appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., marking a significant advancement in the company’s digital and sustainability-driven innovation strategy. With nearly two decades of experience, she joins the organization to spearhead its technology-first transformation agenda.
Prior to this role, she served as Capabilities Leader – AI, Technology and Innovation at the PwC Acceleration Center India, where she led cross-enterprise adoption of advanced analytics, intelligent automation, AI/ML, and spatial computing. As Director – Digital & Innovation Leader, she steered the digital delivery strategy across seven countries, introducing initiatives such as “Tech for Good” and “Tech to Re-imagine,” aligning cutting-edge technology with sustainability goals.
Earlier, she held senior positions at Viacom18, leading Digital Transformation and Business Intelligence, and played a critical role in driving enterprise automation, product innovation, and technology modernization. Her earlier tenure at Infosys in the United States involved global project delivery for marquee clients such as Nordstrom, Starbucks, and DHL.
An alumna of the Indian School of Business (ISB), where she earned her MBA, Parijat also holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur and a certificate in Ethics of AI from the London School of Economics (LSE)—bringing together strategic, technical, and ethical depth in her leadership approach.
