Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, June 2024 – Patricia Munchel has joined Ensemble Health Partners as the new EVP, Chief People Officer. In this role, Patricia will lead Ensemble’s human resources strategy, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture and managing talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Patricia brings a wealth of experience in human resources leadership to Ensemble Health Partners. Before joining Ensemble, she served as the Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer at Amentum from March 2022 to June 2024. During her tenure at Amentum, Patricia was responsible for all aspects of the company’s talent strategy, managing the human capital infrastructure for a global workforce, and overseeing personnel security, marketing, and communications.
Prior to Amentum, Patricia was the Executive Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer at PAE from September 2014 to March 2022. In this role, she led the company’s talent strategy and managed a diverse global workforce of over 20,000 employees, with additional leadership responsibilities over personnel security, marketing, and communications.
From September 2004 to September 2014, Patricia worked at Harris Corporation as the Director of Human Resources, where she played a key role in the company’s HR strategy following the acquisition of Multimax, Inc/Netco Government Services in 2007.
Earlier in her career, Patricia held various HR roles, including Senior HR Consultant/Senior Technical Recruiter/HRBP at SAIC from July 2002 to October 2004, Senior HR Manager/Talent Acquisition at WorldCom (MCI & UUNET) from November 1997 to August 2002, and Agency Recruiter at Network Companies in 1997.
