New York, United States, August 2024 – Patrick Martin has been appointed as the new Chief Talent Officer at Moody’s Corporation, where he will be responsible for driving the company’s global talent strategies. In this role, Patrick will oversee succession planning, coaching, and various talent management initiatives, ensuring that Moody’s continues to attract and retain top talent in a highly competitive market.

Patrick has been with Moody’s Corporation for over three years, most recently serving as the Chief Learning Officer, Head of Global Attraction. In this role, he was instrumental in leading global learning and talent attraction efforts, significantly enhancing the company’s ability to develop and retain its workforce.

Before his tenure at Moody’s, Patrick held key leadership positions at XPO Logistics, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Talent Development, where he oversaw global learning and development strategies for over 100,000 employees. His work was pivotal in implementing digital learning solutions and enhancing organizational performance.
