Oxford, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Patrick O’Flynn has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Dendra, a global leader in environmental management and ecosystem restoration. In his new role, Patrick will be responsible for overseeing global operations and scaling delivery strategies to drive measurable environmental outcomes for Dendra’s diverse clientele across mining, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to this, Patrick O’Flynn served as Vice President of Operations at Dendra for over two years, where he played a critical role in optimizing operational capabilities and strengthening regional execution frameworks. His leadership was instrumental in aligning Dendra’s AI-powered platform capabilities with client success in large-scale ecosystem projects.
Earlier, he led the company’s expansion in Australia as General Manager, where he spent nearly five years building strategic partnerships, developing talent, and driving cross-functional operations. His on-ground leadership laid the foundation for Dendra’s successful market penetration in the APAC region.
Before joining Dendra, Patrick was Operations Director Australasia at Planet Protector Packaging, where he spent four years establishing sustainable packaging solutions across the region. He previously held the position of Operations Director Australia/Oceania at Schueco, and over seven years at Ovivo, including roles as Senior Manager – Operations and Production and Quality Assurance Manager, contributing to precision operations and product quality in the water and wastewater treatment sector.
