Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2025 – Pavithra Nagaraj has joined Vikram Aura Hospitals as Head of Human Resources. In this leadership position, she will oversee HR strategy, talent management, and operational excellence to support the hospital’s mission of combining clinical excellence, advanced technology, and patient-first care.
Most recently, Pavithra served as Unit HR Head at SRV Hospitals for several months, where she was responsible for driving HR operations and workforce engagement at the unit level. Her role involved aligning HR policies with organizational goals and ensuring smooth talent and compliance management in a high-paced healthcare environment.
Before her tenure at SRV Hospitals, she spent nearly two years at Aarogya Hastha Hospitals as Senior Manager – HR, leading recruitment, employee learning and development, payroll, and statutory compliance processes. She played a key role in improving HR systems and enhancing employee experience across the hospital network.
Pavithra’s career also includes over seven years at Narayana Health as Senior Executive – Human Resources, where she handled recruitment, payroll management, HR operations, and training initiatives. Earlier, she gained HR experience with Cegonsoft Pvt Ltd as HR Associate and began her professional journey with the T. John Group of Institutions as a Public Relations Officer.
