Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Pawan Prasad Srivastava has been elevated to Group Head – HR & Admin (Senior Vice President) at BDR Pharmaceuticals, assuming enterprise-wide responsibility for Human Resources and Administration across the entire BDR Group of Companies. This elevation recognizes his sustained leadership impact and stewardship of people, governance, and organizational capability within the group.
In his current role as Group Head – HR & Admin (Senior Vice President) at BDR Pharmaceuticals, Pawan Prasad Srivastava leads the full HR and administrative mandate for the group, strengthening workforce strategy, compliance, and people operations across manufacturing and corporate functions. His elevation builds on his prior role as Group Head – HR & Admin (Vice President), where he successfully anchored HR governance and scaled people processes across the organization.
Before joining BDR Pharmaceuticals, he founded P17 HR Studio, an HR consulting venture serving organizations across recruitment, training & development, organizational development, talent management, contract workforce, and payroll management. He also briefly founded P17 Creations, a digital platform showcasing Indian artisans—reflecting his entrepreneurial orientation alongside corporate leadership.
Earlier, Pawan Prasad Srivastava spent close to eight years with Lupin Limited, progressing through senior leadership roles including Deputy General Manager – Global Talent Management & Leadership Development (CoE) and Deputy General Manager – Head Office Lead. During this tenure, he led pan-India HR operations, compensation & benefits, HR IT transformations, manpower planning and budgeting, compliance audits, and enterprise transformation programs in partnership with consulting firms such as McKinsey, Deloitte, and BCG. He also served as Location HR Head for multiple manufacturing plants and handled complex employee relations and union matters.
His earlier career includes senior HR leadership roles at Videocon Industries, Regal Beloit (GE India – Global Technology Center), Mason & Summers Limited, Religare Securities, LG Electronics, and Coca-Cola India, where he built deep expertise across HR operations, talent acquisition, organization development, compensation, HR systems, and large-scale workforce transitions.
Pawan Prasad Srivastava holds a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a PGDM with dual specialization in Human Resources and Marketing from Amity University, providing a strong academic foundation for his strategic HR leadership.
