Denmark, December 2024 – Peter Løfgren Ring has joined Polytech as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), taking on a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization. He will lead efforts to drive innovation and strengthen Polytech’s position as a global leader in wind power solutions. With his extensive background in service solutions, engineering, and sustainability initiatives, Peter is poised to make significant contributions to Polytech’s mission of advancing renewable energy technologies.
Peter Løfgren Ring most recently served as Vice President of Service Solutions at Frontmatec, where he was instrumental in driving customer-focused service innovations for one year. Previously, he held the position of Service Solutions Director at Frontmatec for nearly three years, enhancing the company’s capabilities in delivering efficient and effective service strategies.
Prior to Frontmatec, Peter was Department Manager – Global Field Services at FLSmidth, overseeing operations in Denmark and leading global service initiatives for almost three years. His earlier tenure at FLSmidth also included roles as Chief Mechanical Engineer and Field Engineer Mechanical, where he gained international experience in regions such as Russia, Indonesia, and Morocco.
Peter’s career began in technical roles, including as Technical Support at DONG Energy (now Ørsted), where he contributed to the maintenance and optimization of energy systems. Additionally, he worked as an Assistant Teacher in Thermodynamics at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), reflecting his strong academic foundation.
