Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye, December 2025 – Pınar Yazıtaş has started a new position as Director – People Projects & Capability, East Europe at DP World. In this role, she will lead people projects, capability building, and organizational initiatives across East Europe, supporting DP World’s transformation agenda as it integrates ports, logistics, and technology into a seamless, future-ready supply chain.
In her current role as Director – People Projects & Capability, East Europe at DP World, Pınar Yazıtaş is responsible for advancing organizational capability, cultural development, and people-led transformation across the region. Her appointment reflects DP World’s confidence in her ability to align people strategy with complex, multi-country operations.
Immediately prior, she served as Organizational & Cultural Development Director at DP World, where she focused on strengthening culture, leadership, and change initiatives—laying a strong foundation for her expanded regional mandate.
Before joining DP World, Pınar Yazıtaş worked as Human Resources Manager at EPTA Group, and earlier as HR Manager – Turkey & Israel at Ecolab, where she led country and cluster-level HR operations, talent initiatives, and people governance across diverse markets.
Her earlier experience includes roles at A.P. Moller – Maersk as Area HR Operations Manager – EME Cluster, at TNT as HR Account Manager, and at Panalpina as HR Generalist, building deep expertise across logistics, supply chain, and global services environments. She also spent over five years with GE Grid Solutions as Site HR Generalist, strengthening her grounding in industrial and engineering-led HR, and began her HR journey with roles at Aksan Law Firm and D&R.
Pınar Yazıtaş holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Istanbul Bilgi University and a Master’s degree in Philosophy from Hacettepe University, combining strong people management expertise with analytical and ethical perspectives on organizational leadership.
