Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2024 – Pinky Yadav has joined The House of Abhinandan Lodha as Vice President and Head-Human Resources, where she will lead the company’s HR strategy and initiatives. Pinky will focus on crafting a best-in-class talent landscape, aligning with the company’s vision to democratize land ownership in India. As part of the senior leadership team, she will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement at the Mumbai-based firm.
Prior to joining The House of Abhinandan Lodha, Pinky Yadav served as Director and Head Human Resources at Beiersdorf for over two years, where she was responsible for leading HR strategies for the healthcare business in India. During her tenure, she worked on several HR initiatives that enhanced employee engagement and built a strong organizational culture.
Before Beiersdorf, Pinky worked at Avery Dennison as HR Business Partner Lead – Commercial & Enabling Functions for South Asia, where she focused on HR transformations and leadership development. She also spent over four years at DIAGEO India, holding multiple leadership roles, including Lead – HR Business Partner for Commercial and Luxury Key Accounts and Senior Manager – HR BP Supply, where she led critical HR initiatives that significantly impacted the business.
Pinky’s career also includes her role at Arvind Fashions Limited as Senior Manager – Talent, Performance Management & Campus Relations, where she played a key role in driving talent management strategies and campus recruitment. Earlier in her career, she worked at METRO Cash & Carry India as Assistant Manager – Corporate HR, where she partnered with various corporate functions to support over 400 employees.
