Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2024 – Pintu Singh has been named Partner and HR Transformation (HRT) Offering Leader at Deloitte, stepping into his new role this month. Pintu’s extensive experience in HR transformation and leadership positions him well to drive Deloitte’s HR initiatives forward.
Pintu has been with Deloitte for over three years. Prior to his current role, he served as a Partner from May 2021 to June 2024. In this position, he played a key role in various HR transformation projects, contributing significantly to the growth and success of Deloitte’s HR services.
Before joining Deloitte, Pintu was a Director at KPMG India for nearly ten years. During his tenure at KPMG, he led numerous strategic HR projects and initiatives, providing expert guidance and support to various clients in transforming their HR functions.
Earlier in his career, Pintu worked at Idhasoft as a Practice Lead for seven years. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing HR practices and implementing innovative HR solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
