Salt Lake City, Utah, United States, December 2024 – Pluralsight, a global leader in technology workforce development, has announced the appointment of Beckey Woodard Cole as its new Chief People Officer. In this role, Woodard Cole will lead the company’s human resources strategy, including organizational development, culture enhancement, and talent management.

Woodard Cole brings over 20 years of strategic HR leadership to Pluralsight. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Avantax, where she led initiatives that enhanced company culture and improved team member retention. During her 10-year tenure at Folience, she played a pivotal role in enabling business diversification and implementing the company’s first HR shared services model.

Woodard Cole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mount Mercy University and is an active member of the CHIEF organization.
