Barcelona, Spain, September 2024 – Blanka Demeter has been appointed as the Director, Talent Acquisition at IQVIA, a global leader in advanced analytics and clinical research services. In her new role, Blanka will lead the talent acquisition strategies for IQVIA’s global clinical operations, driving the recruitment of top talent to meet the company’s expanding global needs. She is thrilled to work alongside a talented team, including Edyta Fleming, Paula Kanonowicz, Kerstin Orth, Urszula Káldi, Matteo Massetti, Luke Saner, and Roberto Esposito.
Blanka brings over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Before her current role, she served as Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at IQVIA, where she led talent acquisition strategies for global clinical business units for nearly three years. In this role, she was instrumental in establishing hiring goals, overseeing a global team, and providing valuable insights to senior leadership.
Prior to joining IQVIA, Blanka held several key roles at Cielo Talent, including Client Services Director and Client Services Manager, where she managed recruitment processes and helped shape talent strategies for global clients. Her early career includes roles as Senior Recruitment Advisor for Agilent Technologies and Recruitment Advisor for Keysight Technologies, where she gained substantial expertise in talent management.
Earlier in her career, Blanka worked at Randstad as a Sourcing Specialist and Recruiter, and she also served as a Consular Assistant at the Australian Embassy in Budapest.
