Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India, November 2025 — Avantika University has announced the appointment of Prachi K. as its new Head of Human Resources, marking a significant step in strengthening its people strategy within India’s leading design-centric academic ecosystem. Prachi takes on this leadership position after serving over three years at Avantika University, bringing continuity, institutional understanding, and a proven track record of building HR capabilities aligned with academic excellence.
Prachi has been an integral part of Avantika University since 2022, previously serving as HR Manager for more than three years. In this role, she supported faculty and staff engagement, strengthened HR operations, and contributed to building people practices that align with Avantika’s unique learner-centric academic philosophy. Her strong internal experience positions her to drive the next phase of talent development and cultural evolution within the university.
Before joining Avantika, Prachi worked with Educate Girls, where she served as State HR Senior Specialist, managing recruitment, field HR operations, and statewide HR initiatives across Madhya Pradesh. Her earlier role as Assistant Manager HR & Admin broadened her exposure to HR administration, policy execution, and people management in development-sector environments.
Prachi’s foundation in HR business partnering was built at Teleperformance India, where she spent over two years as Human Resources Business Partner, working closely with business teams in a fast-paced operational setup. Prior to this, she developed her HR expertise at Epic Research, growing from HR Trainee to Executive HR and later Human Resources Specialist, gaining essential exposure to hiring, onboarding, and employee relations in her early career.
