Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, March 2025 – Kovai.co has announced the appointment of Pradeep Jumani as its new Chief People Officer. With a distinguished career spanning over 15 years in human resources, Pradeep brings extensive expertise in talent strategy, business transformation, and organizational development. In this role, he will oversee Kovai.co’s HR functions, workforce engagement, and leadership development, contributing to the company’s continued expansion and success.
Pradeep joins Kovai.co after a long and successful tenure at Prodapt, where he spent over 15 years in key HR leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Global Head – HR, spearheading people strategy, business alignment, and talent transformation across multiple geographies. Before that, he held the role of Director – Africa, leading HR and business operations in the region while driving talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development.
Prior to his global leadership roles, Pradeep served as Director – Human Resources at Prodapt India & Europe, where he managed compensation reviews, policy formulation, and employee engagement initiatives. His earlier roles at Prodapt also included Associate Director – Human Resources, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, and HR operations.
Before joining Prodapt, Pradeep worked at Telcordia Technologies India as AVP – Human Resources, overseeing HR strategy for India and the APAC region. He also led talent acquisition and people management at Telcordia India Labs, playing a pivotal role in hiring strategies and workforce planning.
Jumani holds an MBA in Human Resources from Vellore Institute of Technology. His deep expertise in HR strategy, workforce management, and leadership development will be instrumental in fostering a dynamic work culture at Kovai.co.
