Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2026 — 3i Infotech Ltd. has appointed Shilpa Pai as Business Head – APAC Region & HCM India, expanding her mandate after more than five years of leading the company’s Human Resources function. In her new role, Pai will spearhead 3i Infotech’s growth agenda across the Asia-Pacific region and drive the expansion of its Human Capital Management (HCM) business in India.
Pai transitions to the business leadership role from her position as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at 3i Infotech, which she held from May 2021 to August 2026. During her tenure leading HR, she focused on organizational transformation, building partnerships and strengthening people practices while supporting the company’s broader business priorities. Her move from CHRO to Business Head marks an expansion of her responsibilities from people leadership to business growth and regional expansion.
Before joining 3i Infotech, Pai served as Vice President & Global Head HR at QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from July 2017 to April 2021. Prior to that, she was Assistant Vice President & Head HR at Continuum Managed Services, LLC, where she spent three years leading the human resources function in Mumbai.
Earlier in her career, Pai served as Director & Head HR at Xalted Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. and spent more than four years as Head HR at V2 Solutions, Inc. She also held HR roles at SkillNet Solutions, Inc., where she served as Manager – HR, and Arrk Group, where she worked as Senior Executive – HR.
With more than two decades of professional experience, Pai has built her career across human resources leadership, organizational transformation and people strategy within the technology sector. Her new mandate at 3i Infotech broadens that experience into commercial and regional business leadership, with responsibility for advancing the company’s APAC growth strategy and expanding its HCM business across India.
