Pune, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Prajna Mohanty has joined Gruve as Director – People & Culture, bringing with her over 18 years of extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. In this role, she will lead transformative people strategies and foster a high-performance culture across Gruve’s hybrid workforce.
Prior to joining Gruve, Prajna was associated with Collabera as Executive Director and earlier as Director HR, where she successfully designed and executed people and talent strategies for the Global Delivery Center. Her work focused on crafting best-in-class HR systems and policies to sustain a performance-driven culture.
Earlier, she served as Director Human Resources at Ascendion, where she drove progressive people strategies, organizational transformation, and talent initiatives. Her tenure at SS&C Technologies as Senior Manager HR and at NSEIT Limited as Deputy General Manager – HR, Head Service Delivery, further strengthened her expertise in HR operations, change management, and employee development.
Previously, Prajna gained significant experience at WNS, Woodfield Systems USA, and LT Foods Limited, where she led HR transformation and talent management initiatives. She began her career with early stints at Sodexo, AUDITime Information Systems, and ATS Infotech, building a strong foundation in HR operations and employee engagement.
An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur (PGHRM, Human Resources Management), she is known for her expertise in leadership coaching, organizational development, and strategic HR. At Gruve, her leadership will play a key role in shaping progressive people practices and driving sustainable business outcomes.
