Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Pramod Singh has joined BDx Data Centers as Head of Human Resources (AVP – HR), where he will lead the India HR charter with a strong strategic focus on talent management, organizational growth, and culture-building. In his new role, Pramod will partner with the CXO team to drive people strategy, change management, and digital HR transformation for one of Asia’s fastest-growing digital infrastructure providers.
Before joining BDx, Pramod Singh served as Head of Human Resources, India at Jacobs, where he led a comprehensive HR transformation over six years. His leadership was instrumental in scaling the workforce from 900 to over 4,200 employees, achieving Great Place to Work® certification, and driving a 14% reduction in voluntary attrition. He spearheaded large-scale structural redesigns, DEI growth initiatives, and post-divestiture integration while aligning HR with Jacobs’ expansion into data centers, EVs, and semiconductors.
Previously, Pramod held dual roles as People and Culture Head for Delhi and India L&D Head at TechnipFMC, where he unified multiple business lines, launched the high-impact “Udaan” leadership program, and partnered with Korn Ferry to drive competency-based capability frameworks. His DEI contributions and organizational alignment efforts significantly strengthened TechnipFMC’s HR foundations in India.
Prior to that, at Viom Networks, he served as Senior Manager – HRD, focusing on HR strategy alignment, psychometric assessments, performance management, and leadership pipeline development across the western region. His contributions helped reduce hiring costs, enhance diversity ratios, and achieve Great Place to Work® regional initiatives.
He began his HR leadership journey with a long tenure at Essar Oil, where he led talent management, L&D, and HR operations for large-scale greenfield and engineering projects. He also played a key role in SAP HR implementation, competency framework development, and setting up captive engineering hubs. His early career experiences include HR project roles at Man Industries and campus hiring, policy creation, and compliance for greenfield expansions in Bhuj.
Pramod holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a Postgraduate qualification in OD & Change from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
