Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, August 2025 – hitch has announced the appointment of Pranaya Kumar Mishra as its new Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operational strategy, driving efficiency, and strengthening its market position as a leading provider of digital financial solutions across India.
Mishra most recently served as Group Chief Operating Officer at Green Circle Environment Pvt. Ltd, Uptula Ventures Pvt. Ltd, and CPED Pvt. Ltd, where he managed end-to-end operations across multiple companies, spanning business development, sales in B2B and B2G domains, marketing, human resources, financial management, and project delivery. He was instrumental in improving profitability, implementing cost optimisation strategies, and leading large teams to meet strategic goals.
Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer at Armatus Technology Pvt. Ltd, where he managed nationwide operations in IT infrastructure, hardware, and software solutions, alongside spearheading strategic partnerships with government bodies, universities, and corporate clients. He successfully drove growth through innovative strategies, P&L management, and operational excellence.
Earlier in his career, Mishra served as Chief Executive Officer at OSMOSIS and SWOSTIM IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd, overseeing domestic and international markets across the US, UK, Canada, Asia Pacific, and Africa. In these roles, he delivered software products, SAAS-based solutions, IT infrastructure, and e-commerce platforms, while leading cross-functional teams and enhancing global market penetration.
His professional journey also includes leadership roles in Swash Convergence Technologies Limited, Luminous Infoways Private Limited, and OPT India Pvt. Ltd (SAP Ariba Associate), where he contributed to enterprise sales, government projects, product launches, and international market expansion. Mishra began his career in sales and marketing with Luminous Electronics Ltd and ICFAI University, building strong expertise in business development and relationship management.
