Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 – Aeries Technology has announced the appointment of Pratixha Narkar as Human Resources Director. In her new role, Pratixha will oversee and lead the HR Business Partnering and Corporate Recruitment teams, playing a pivotal role in shaping Aeries’ people strategy, employee experience, and organizational growth initiatives as the company continues its global expansion.
Before joining Aeries Technology, Pratixha Narkar served as Vice President – Human Resources at Nomura, where she led HR initiatives focused on strategic workforce planning, talent strategy, and employee engagement. Her expertise in strategic HR planning, interpersonal management, and talent development helped drive organization-wide alignment and operational excellence.
Prior to Nomura, she spent over 12 years at Aranca, where she rose through multiple leadership roles, including Vice President & Head of Human Resources, Associate Vice President, Senior HR Manager, and Manager – HR. During her tenure, she built Aranca’s people function into a strategic business partner, leading Talent Management, L&D, Organization Development, and Reward & Recognition functions. She spearheaded digitization and culture-building projects, introduced employee experience surveys, and drove succession and leadership development programs.
Earlier in her career, Pratixha held HR roles at Cleartrip Travel Services, Just Dial Services, and DNA (Diligent Media Pvt. Ltd), where she managed full-spectrum HR responsibilities — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, communication, and process excellence. Her experience in both startups and established enterprises has honed her ability to design people strategies that balance agility with structure.
Pratixha Narkar holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar’s Institute of Management Studies and Research (Grade: A+) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM, Mumbai University. Her multi-disciplinary education gives her a unique understanding of people dynamics, service excellence, and organizational culture.
