Having joined Kansai Nerolac in 1993 as a Management Trainee, Pravin has grown through the organization’s ranks, embodying the values of long-term leadership development. He has held critical leadership roles including Director – Industrial Sales & Operations and Director – Supply Chain, where he played a central role in optimizing processes and driving market expansion. His deep institutional knowledge and operational excellence have been instrumental in reinforcing the company’s leadership in both industrial and decorative paints segments.
Before assuming his current position, Pravin served as an Executive Officer at Kansai Paint Co., Ltd., Japan, contributing to global strategy and cross-market synergies. He also held the role of CEO – Special Projects at Pidilite Industries Limited, where he led high-impact innovation and transformation initiatives in adjacent product categories.
