Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Endurance Technologies Ltd. has elevated Preety Raj to the position of President while she continues in her role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective April 1, 2026. She has also been designated as Senior Management Personnel under SEBI regulations, reflecting the company’s confidence in her strategic leadership and contributions to its long-term growth.
Over the past three years at Endurance Technologies, Preety has played a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s people strategy, leadership development, succession planning, talent management, and organizational transformation. As Executive Vice President & CHRO, she led the Group HR and Administration functions across 24 manufacturing plants and R&D centers in India and seven global facilities, enabling business growth across the company’s manufacturing, research, development, and advanced mobility businesses, including Maxwell Energy Systems. In her expanded role as President and CHRO, she will continue to lead the corporate Human Resources and Administration function, driving enterprise-wide people strategy, leadership engagement, and board-level HR initiatives.
Preety brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across the IT, manufacturing, publishing, and financial services sectors. Before joining Endurance Technologies, she served as General Manager – Human Resources at Bosch Global Software Technologies, where she led HR for one of the company’s largest business units comprising over 9,000 employees, while also spearheading Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) globally and talent development initiatives across Bosch India. Earlier at Bosch, she served as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources and Leader – DE&I, partnering with global leadership teams on strategic HR priorities.
Prior to Bosch, Preety held senior HR leadership roles as Head – HR (India) at Macmillan, Senior Manager – HR at Quantum, Senior Manager – Corporate HR at Kirloskar Electric Co. Ltd., HR Manager at Dena Bank, Assistant Manager – Corporate HR at CMS Computers India Pvt. Ltd., and began her HR career with Lifestyle Company (MNC). Throughout her career, she has built deep expertise in organizational capability building, culture transformation, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and HR transformation, helping create high-performing and future-ready organizations.
Preety holds an Executive MBA in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a Management Essentials Diploma from Harvard Business School, and a Master’s Degree in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development, reflecting her strong commitment to continuous leadership development.
