Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – November 2024 – Prisoomit Nayak has been appointed as the new Head of HR at Kotak Education Foundation. In his new role, Nayak will lead human resource initiatives to support the foundation’s mission of empowering underprivileged children and youth through education and skill development programs. His expertise will be instrumental in furthering KEF’s commitment to creating positive societal impact through effective HR strategies.
Prior to joining Kotak Education Foundation, Nayak served as an Advisory Council Member with Harvard Business Review from January 2023, contributing insights on global HR trends and best practices for advancing the human resources profession. Before this, he held the position of General Manager – HR, Workforce Training Solutions at Yanblu Training Deck. In this role, he focused on developing workforce training solutions and managing programs that emphasized inclusion and leadership development, positively impacting employee engagement and leadership performance.

Previously, Nayak worked as Associate Director / Senior Manager – HR Business Partner at GAVS Technologies, where he led HR strategies for a diverse workforce across global regions. His accomplishments included implementing performance management systems, enhancing employee engagement, and developing leadership training programs that resulted in significant talent retention and advancement. Nayak has also gained valuable experience through internships and roles focused on diversity, inclusion, and early talent acquisition with organizations like Black Box and Mphasis, where he contributed to talent development and HR process optimization.
