Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 – Priti Jindal has rejoined Turbostart as Associate Director – Corporate Development, marking a return to a platform she describes as “the same mission, now powered by a far stronger engine.” In this renewed mandate, she will focus on building strategic relationships with enterprises and institutions, strengthening opportunities for portfolio startups, expanding collaboration pathways in digital transformation and AI adoption, and partnering closely with Turbostart’s Centres of Excellence.
In her most recent stint at Turbostart, Priti served as Director, where she advised and supported startups across finance, accounts, business strategies, and marketing. Her role contributed meaningfully to the early-stage ecosystem, helping founders structure decisions with clarity and strategic rigor.
Before Turbostart, Priti spent more than six years at Deloitte India, starting as Deputy Manager and rising to Manager. She worked extensively on corporate tax, regulatory advisory, structuring of cross-border transactions, tax due diligence for multinational investments, permanent establishment matters under tax treaties, and compliance-related engagements. Her work also included advising global real estate and technology entities on regulatory frameworks, secondment arrangements, and tax positions.
Prior to Deloitte, Priti built strong advisory experience at EY, serving as Senior Consultant and later taking on responsibilities as Consultant. She worked across corporate tax structuring, cross-border acquisitions in the ITES industry, regulatory due diligence, foreign investment policy compliance, withholding tax, and tax litigation support. Her experience also includes handling tax assessments, advisories under Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, and extensive financial research for benchmarking global transactions.
Priti began her professional journey as an Intern at EY, gaining early exposure to corporate tax and regulatory frameworks over a period of three years. This foundational experience shaped her technical depth and analytical capability, which has been reflected consistently throughout her subsequent roles.
