Tallahassee, Florida, United States, January 2025 – Priya Hiraga has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at James Moore & Co. In her new role, Priya will lead strategic human resources initiatives to drive talent acquisition, organizational development, and workplace culture enhancement. Her extensive experience in HR leadership will be pivotal in shaping James Moore & Co.’s workforce strategies.
Priya Hiraga has been with James Moore & Co. for over two years, serving as Human Resources Director since October 2022. During her tenure, she oversaw critical HR functions, contributing significantly to the firm’s talent and organizational objectives.
Before joining James Moore & Co., Priya spent over a decade at Tallahassee Primary Care Associates, where she held roles including Director of Operations and Director of Human Resources. Her contributions included overseeing operations and implementing policies that streamlined HR practices and enhanced organizational performance.
As a dedicated HR leader, Priya also served as President (Volunteer) for the Big Bend Society for Human Resource Management from January 2012 to January 2014. This role allowed her to impact the HR community through education and advocacy.
Earlier in her career, Priya held leadership positions at organizations such as Star & Shield Services LLC and Moore Bass Consulting, Inc., where she demonstrated her expertise in policy development, recruitment, and operational strategy.
