Delhi, India, June 2024 – Priyam Sikaria has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Encardio Rite. With a wealth of experience in human resources and strategic leadership, Priyam brings a strong background in talent management and organizational development to her new role, aiming to drive impactful HR strategies and initiatives at Encardio Rite.
Priyam Sikaria joins Encardio Rite with a rich career in HR leadership across diverse industries. At Encardio Rite, she will focus on enhancing HR practices, building a strong organizational culture, and driving strategic HR initiatives.
Prior to this, Priyam served as the Director HR at JLL for approximately 2 years and 11 months. In this role, she was instrumental in building strong relationships, developing talent strategies, and overseeing global HR operations, including employee learning and development, performance metrics, and compensation. She also held the position of Manager – HR Business Partner at JLL for around 4 years, where she focused on administration, workforce planning, and positive employee relations.
Before JLL, Priyam was the Deputy Chief Manager at Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance for about 1 year and 4 months, where she managed workforce planning, budgeting, compensation, and labor relations across the organization. She also served as Senior Manager and Manager at Kotak, where she specialized in employee relations and industrial relations.
Priyam’s extensive HR experience includes serving in Corporate HR at RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group for approximately 1 year and 6 months, where she was part of the corporate HR team focusing on synergy in HR-related work across various sectors.
