Germany, January 2026 — Priyanka Jain has started a new role as Global HR Business Partner & Projects Manager at Hilti Group. In this global position, she will partner with business leaders across geographies while leading strategic HR projects that strengthen talent, capability building, and organizational effectiveness.
Priyanka steps into the role after a steady progression within Hilti, where she most recently served as HR Projects & Talent Manager and earlier as HR Business Partner. Since joining the Hilti ecosystem in 2022—initially with Hilti Technology Solutions India—she has contributed across HR business partnering, talent initiatives, and project leadership, supporting both India and global stakeholders.
Before Hilti, Priyanka spent nearly seven years with Samsung R&D Institute India, holding multiple HRBP leadership roles including Senior Manager HRBP, Manager HRBP, and Deputy Manager HRBP. During this period, she partnered closely with technology and engineering teams, supporting workforce planning, leadership enablement, and people programs in high-growth R&D environments.
She began her professional career in technology with Infosys as a Systems Engineer, gaining early exposure to enterprise systems and digital platforms before transitioning into human resources. This blend of technology and HR experience has shaped her ability to bridge business, people, and systems effectively.
Priyanka holds a PGDHRM in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, where she actively participated in leadership and campus initiatives, including Toastmasters and TEDx IIM Ranchi.
With her global exposure, strong HRBP foundation, and project leadership experience, Priyanka Jain’s appointment is expected to further strengthen Hilti Group’s people strategy and global HR initiatives.
