Toronto, Ontario, Canada, February 2026 — Propel Holdings has elevated Kristen Sierra to the role of Senior Director, People and Culture, effective February 2026.
In her expanded leadership position, Sierra will oversee people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and culture transformation initiatives as Propel continues to scale its AI-powered fintech platform and expand market reach.
Sierra has been with Propel Holdings for over a decade, demonstrating consistent progression across the People and Culture function. Most recently, she served as Director, People and Culture, where she played a key role in strengthening HR business partnering, labor and employment compliance, and workforce engagement strategies. Prior to that, she was Manager, People and Culture, supporting foundational people processes and scaling initiatives during a high-growth phase for the organization.
Throughout her tenure, she has contributed to building a strong people framework aligned with Propel’s fintech-driven growth model, supporting leadership development, HR governance, and employee engagement across the company’s operating brands.
Her elevation reflects Propel’s commitment to strengthening its leadership structure as it continues to drive innovation and sustainable growth across underserved credit markets.
