Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – October 2024 – Prutha Rao has been appointed as the Associate Director – Talent Acquisition at Publicis Groupe, where she will oversee talent acquisition strategies and processes, focusing on sourcing top-tier talent, enhancing recruitment frameworks, and leading initiatives to attract diverse professionals across India.
Prior to her current role, Prutha Rao served as the Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Publicis Groupe for over a year. In this capacity, she successfully managed recruitment strategies and talent acquisition efforts across multiple divisions, contributing to the company’s growth in India by implementing effective talent attraction techniques.
Before joining Publicis Groupe, Prutha held the position of Manager – Talent Acquisition at Dentsu India, where she managed recruitment operations for over a year and a half. She was responsible for developing strategies to attract and retain top talent, collaborating closely with business leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. During her nearly six-year tenure at Dentsu India, she held various roles, including Associate Manager and Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition, showcasing her commitment and expertise in recruitment operations.
Prutha’s earlier experience includes working as a Human Resource Associate at BNP Paribas, where she handled HR helpdesk operations, talent acquisition support, payroll data management, and recruitment processes. This experience provided her with a foundational understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management, which she has since built upon in her subsequent roles.
