Based in Singapore, Puneet will oversee strategic initiatives to address evolving workforce needs across the region. With over 25 years of global HR consulting experience at Hewitt Associates LLC and Mercer, Puneet brings unparalleled expertise in talent management, workforce solutions, and strategic HR leadership.
During his tenure at Mercer, Puneet held senior roles including Senior Partner for the International Region, where he led talent strategies, total rewards consulting, and workforce transformation projects globally. His leadership and innovative approaches have consistently delivered impactful solutions for clients across diverse industries.
Puneet spent the last 15 years at Mercer, where he held multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Partner and Career Business Leader for the International Region, driving talent strategies and workforce transformation. Prior to this, Puneet was the Talent Business Leader for Growth Markets and the Rewards Consulting Leader for Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, where he spearheaded initiatives in total rewards, employee benefits, and strategic HR consulting.
Before Mercer, Puneet was the Business Head for Southeast Asia – Rewards Consulting at Hewitt Associates, where he focused on building effective talent strategies across the region. He also served as Assistant Vice President – HR at ABN AMRO Bank in the UAE, managing HR operations and rewards. Puneet began his career as a Senior Consultant at Hewitt Associates India, where he honed his expertise in total rewards strategies and HR consulting.
