Hoboken, New Jersey, United States, March 2025 – Quantum Computing Inc. (“QCi” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: QUBT) has announced the appointment of Eric Schwartz to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Mr. Schwartz brings two decades of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy. Since 2016, he has served as Managing Director at Castle Harlan, a New York-based private equity firm, where he leads investments across industrial and consumer-related middle-market companies. Prior to that, he worked at Citigroup Global Markets as an investment banker advising on M&A transactions across multiple industries.
Mr. Schwartz currently serves on the boards of Sunless and Titan Production Equipment, and has previously held board positions with Baker & Taylor, Caribbean Restaurants, Pretium Packaging, and Shelf Drilling (OSE: SHLF). He holds a B.S.E. in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was honored as an Arjay Miller Scholar.
