Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex ,United States, March 2026 — Rachel Baxter has accepted a new role as Director, Learning Strategy & Design at CDW. In this position, she will lead learning strategy and design priorities, drawing on deep experience across global talent development, leadership development, training, and organizational capability building.
Prior to joining CDW, Rachel Baxter served as Senior Manager, Global Teammate & Leadership Development at Owens & Minor, where she supported leadership development and teammate development priorities in a remote capacity.
Earlier, she worked with Celanese as Program Manager, Global Talent and Leadership Development, contributing to global talent and leadership development programs. She previously served as Manager, Training & Development at Caliber Collision, and as Senior Trainer, Talent Development and Organizational Capability at GM Financial, building strong experience across training delivery and organizational capability initiatives.
Her earlier experience includes roles at Aviall, A Boeing Company as Talent Management – Corporate Training Specialist, and at Orbital ATK as HR Talent and Organization Development Specialist, supporting talent and organizational development priorities.
Earlier in her career, Rachel Baxter held leadership roles at Broadview University including Director of Career Services and Director of Admissions, and began her professional journey across operational and training roles, including a long tenure at Outback Steakhouse and a Public Relations Intern assignment at Brave New World Inc.
