California, United States, May 2025 – Rachel Serrano has joined Bronco Wine Co. as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. In this key leadership role, she will oversee the HR strategy and people operations across the company’s vertically integrated wine business, driving initiatives focused on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce engagement as the company continues to grow and evolve.
Prior to joining Bronco Wine Co., Rachel served as Founder and Owner of Serrano People Strategies LLC, where she provided human resource consulting services tailored to the complex regulatory and cultural needs of California-based businesses. Her firm specialized in HR compliance, leadership development, and building positive workplace cultures with a people-first mindset.
Before founding her consultancy, Rachel held senior leadership positions at Bolthouse Farms, where she served for over five years including as Senior Vice President of People, Culture & Capabilities. She spearheaded HR transformations, integrated performance systems, and led major change efforts to align the business with strategic goals.
Previously, Rachel was Chief Human Resources Officer at FocusVision, a global market research technology company, where she drove HR strategy across succession planning, talent management, change leadership, compensation, and engagement. She also held multiple HR leadership roles at Bolthouse Farms earlier in her career, leading the people function through key mergers, acquisitions, and corporate integration initiatives, including the integration of Garden Fresh Gourmet into the Campbell Soup Company.
Earlier, Rachel held HR management roles at California State University, Fresno Association, where she led end-to-end HR operations, and at Wm. Bolthouse Farms, where she developed corporate-wide training, HR policies, and employee engagement programs. Across her career, she has consistently demonstrated a strong track record in organizational development, performance management, labor compliance, and strategic HR leadership.
