New Delhi, Delhi, India, April 2025 – Rachna Mohan has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at H.G. Infra Engineering Limited, one of India’s leading infrastructure development companies. In her new role, Rachna will spearhead the company’s HR transformation, workforce strategy, and leadership development initiatives to support its expanding infrastructure projects across India.
Prior to joining H.G. Infra Engineering Limited, Rachna served as Senior Vice President Human Resources at Gensol Group, where she was responsible for strengthening the people strategy during a critical growth phase in the renewable energy and EV solutions sector. Her efforts played a key role in shaping a scalable talent framework aligned with organizational expansion.
Before her stint at Gensol, Rachna worked at Sterlite Power for over six years, where she held leadership roles including Vice President – Human Resources and Assistant Vice President – HR Operations and Compliances. During her time there, she successfully led organizational development and compliance strategies, supporting Sterlite’s vision to become a global leader in power transmission.
Earlier in her career, she was associated with Max Ventures & Industries Limited as Senior Manager – Human Capital, where she helped design talent management frameworks and supported business transformation in the real estate and manufacturing verticals.
She also brings experience from her HR leadership roles at Six Senses Vana, Amanresorts, and SAK Consumer Retail Services, with a consistent focus on cultural alignment, employee well-being, and operational excellence. Her early career at SQL Star International in a business role further enriches her ability to integrate HR strategy with business outcomes.
