Pune, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Rahul Jain has joined Suzlon Group as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing with him over two decades of extensive experience in corporate finance, governance, and strategic management. His appointment marks a significant step for Suzlon as it continues to strengthen its financial leadership and strategic focus in the renewable energy sector.
Before this appointment, Rahul served with SRF Limited for nearly 17 years, where he held key roles including Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President – Corporate Controller & Treasurer. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in driving financial transformation, strengthening governance frameworks, and leading capital efficiency programs that contributed to SRF’s sustained growth across global markets.
Prior to SRF, Rahul was associated with Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd. (now Jubilant Pharmova Limited) for about a decade as Deputy General Manager – Finance, where he developed deep expertise in financial operations, corporate finance, and treasury management. His leadership was instrumental in supporting the company’s expansion and financial consolidation across multiple business verticals.
Earlier in his career, Rahul gained valuable experience in finance and accounting with Page Industries Ltd, IFB Industries Ltd, and Suzlon Wind Energy A/S, where he began his association with the Suzlon ecosystem as Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts. His journey reflects a progressive leadership path built on integrity, analytical acumen, and a commitment to operational excellence.
At Suzlon Group, Rahul will lead the company’s financial strategy and capital structure optimization, focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies, governance, and risk management.
