Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Thyrocare Technologies Ltd. has announced the appointment of Rajdeep Panwar as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In his new role, he will focus on strengthening Thyrocare’s commercial engine—driving growth across channels, expanding market reach, and supporting the company’s scale ambitions across India’s rapidly evolving diagnostics ecosystem.
Prior to joining Thyrocare Technologies Ltd., Rajdeep Panwar served as Business Head – Labs at Medanta, where he led lab business growth and operations for over three years, strengthening diagnostics delivery and performance across a large healthcare ecosystem.
Before Medanta, he spent a significant part of his career with Apollo Diagnostics, progressing across multiple leadership roles over approximately seven years. As National Operations Head and Head – New Initiatives, he carried P&L responsibility, drove expansion into new geographies, and supported the integration of Apollo Diagnostics with broader Apollo Group priorities—including enabling Digital Apollo 24|7 and home health services for pathology. Earlier at Apollo Diagnostics, he led operations as Head of Operations (DGM) and previously as Assistant General Manager – Operations, building strong execution capabilities across service delivery and operational scale-up.
Earlier in his career, Rajdeep Panwar worked with Johnson & Johnson as Zonal Manager – North India (Lab Support), strengthening customer and lab support engagement across the region. He also held multiple roles at Dr Lal PathLabs, spanning channel development, lab integration (M&A/alliances), and sales & operations for patient service centres and home collections—building a foundation in diagnostics network expansion and patient-centric service execution. He began his professional journey in quality and laboratory operations through roles at Quest Diagnostics, Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research, and Pathnet India Private Ltd., contributing to validation, audits, accreditation, and lab process excellence.
