Prior to joining Exide Industries, Rajeev served as President FMCG at the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the business to 4x growth within four years. As CEO of Guiltfree Industries, he oversaw over 50 product launches, spearheaded the company’s entry into personal care and Ayurveda, and led brand innovations that earned market recognition.

Before his tenure at RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, Rajeev was CEO – Reckitt Sub Saharan Africa, managing a $400M business across multiple markets, driving category-defining product launches, and implementing digital and e-commerce strategies tailored to local insights. His prior roles include National Sales Director at Reckitt India, where he significantly expanded distribution and achieved global acclaim for sales leadership.

Rajeev’s career began with leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Gillette, where he gained extensive expertise in sales strategy, category management, and cross-functional team leadership across geographies, including India, Sri Lanka, and ASEAN markets.
