Oman – November 2024 – Al Maha Ceramics SAOG has appointed Rajeev Singh as the new Chief Executive Officer. Rajeev brings a wealth of experience from his tenure in leadership roles across major manufacturing and industrial companies, poised to drive Al Maha Ceramics’ growth and innovation in the ceramics industry.

Prior to joining Al Maha Ceramics, Rajeev held the role of Deputy Executive Director & Zonal Head – West and South 2 at Dalmia Bharat Group. During his time there, he successfully oversaw the expansion of operations in key regions and was instrumental in significant growth across Bihar and Jharkhand markets. His leadership led to the integration of JayPee Cement’s capacities, further solidifying Dalmia’s market presence.

Earlier, Rajeev served as President of RAK Ceramics India, where he turned around the Indian operations by enhancing revenue growth and expanding market share, notably achieving substantial revenue milestones. As part of the executive committee, he shaped long-term strategies that established RAK India as a formidable player in the ceramics industry.

Rajeev also made impactful contributions as Chief – Home Improvement at Future Group India, where he pioneered the concept of HomeTowns and Home Bazaars, taking these exclusive home improvement stores from inception to substantial operational success with multiple locations across India. His experience in retail and customer engagement was key to building strong market presence.

In his early career, Rajeev worked in several leadership roles in organizations like Kajaria Ceramics Limited and H&R Johnson (India), where he demonstrated his expertise in market expansion and operational turnaround. His journey reflects a strong track record of strategic vision and operational excellence across diverse markets.
