At BenQ India, where he has spent over 15 years, Rajesh Gupta has built a strong leadership trajectory marked by consistent growth and expanding responsibilities. In his most recent role as Director – Customer Service, Compliances & Government Business, he played a critical role in enhancing service delivery, strengthening compliance frameworks, and driving government business initiatives. Prior to this, as Director – Customer Service & Compliance, he focused on optimizing customer experience and regulatory alignment across operations.
Earlier in his tenure, as Senior Manager – Customer Service & Compliance, he spent over a decade building robust service operations, streamlining processes, and improving customer satisfaction metrics at scale—laying the foundation for his subsequent leadership roles within the company.
Before joining BenQ India, Rajesh Gupta worked with Reliance Communications as an Area Service Manager, where he managed service operations and customer engagement initiatives. He also held roles at Tata Sky Ltd as a Team Leader, and at Samsung Electronics as an Area Service Manager, gaining valuable experience across telecom, consumer electronics, and service operations.
