Bengaluru, India, December 2025 — Brilyant has welcomed Ram Prasad as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking a strategic leadership move as the company continues its global growth journey. With over 25 years of human resources and business leadership experience, Ram brings a visionary approach to organizational transformation, talent strategy, and high-performance culture development.
Throughout his career, Ram has consistently built and scaled HR organizations for global capability centers and high-growth enterprises. At Carelon Global Solutions, the GCC of Elevance Health, he oversaw HR programs impacting over 18,000 associates across five countries. He played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with global business objectives, driving leadership development, DEI, digital enablement, and operational excellence across geographies.
Previously, during his tenure at Deloitte, Ram led HR for the US-India operations and helped establish the GCC and its future-state HR operating model. His leadership influenced a wide range of people functions—from talent acquisition to performance management and inclusion—and included founding Deloitte University in India. With deep roots in both strategic HR and operational execution, Ram also held leadership roles at Aircel, Cisco, Wipro, and NIIT, contributing to multiple sectors including telecom, IT, and education.
In addition to his corporate roles, Ram serves as an Adjunct Faculty and Strategic HR Advisor, where he mentors industry leaders and designs “college-to-corporate” transition programs. At Brilyant, he will be instrumental in driving a unified, high-impact people strategy that supports global scalability, digital transformation, and an inclusive, future-ready culture.
