Before joining Dhanush Group, Maddela has demonstrated his strategic HR leadership in several high-profile roles across diverse sectors including EPC Infrastructure, IT Software, Power, and Retail, notably at Reliance Industries Ltd, Keolis Hyderabad MRTS, and Power Mech Projects Ltd. His tenure at these organizations was marked by significant achievements in aligning HR strategies with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and spearheading digital and HR transformations.
Maddela’s educational background is equally impressive, holding a PhD and a Masters in Human Resources Management from Kakatiya University, underscoring his deep understanding of the strategic aspects of HR and its impact on organizational success.
