Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 – BDO in India has announced the appointment of Ramesh Iyer as Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Technology Products and Solutions at BDO Digital, the firm’s dedicated digital arm focused on delivering scalable, domain-led, and bespoke technology solutions. Ramesh will spearhead the strategy and execution of digital innovation initiatives, reinforcing BDO’s commitment to helping clients thrive in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
Ramesh brings with him over 30 years of experience across diverse sectors including IT, Telecom, SaaS, Fintech, and Travel Tech. Prior to joining BDO Digital, he served as President and Chief Revenue Officer at Happay (VA Tech Ventures) for approximately 6 years, where he led global expansion and drove exponential business growth while maintaining profitability and stakeholder value.
Before Happay, he co-founded and led BridgeLabz as CEO, an innovative tech employability accelerator, and earlier held the role of Managing Director at SAP Concur India, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the cloud-based spend management solutions footprint across the region.
Ramesh also spent over 7 years at Tata Teleservices Ltd., including roles as Business President – Enterprise – SME and Vice President – Head of Enterprise & Broadband Business, during which he significantly enhanced market share, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. His strategic vision helped drive GTM models, improve account management, and launch high-impact channel and customer programs.
Earlier in his career, Ramesh built a strong foundation over a 12+ year tenure at Tata Infotech, where he held several leadership roles involving enterprise software sales, turnkey project management, telecom business development, and strategic partnerships.
